Q: I keep getting irrationally angry when I’m hungry. How can I fix this?


A: Welcome to the club. The technical term for this is “hanger,” and it’s cured by never letting yourself get to the point where you’re ready to fight someone over a granola bar. Keep snacks everywhere: in your purse, car, desk drawer, bedside table, maybe even taped to your remote control. And when people say, “Why do you carry so many snacks?” just smile and toss them a protein bar. That way, nobody has to experience the wrath of your empty stomach.
